Great experience, I was treated well and looked after, medication administration is good. I feel like a completely different person after 11 days physically and mentally.
I was worried about coming in but the staff made me feel comfortable straight away. I think the care was excellent.
The detox was difficult due to my withdrawals but the detox was professionally guided by friendly and approachable staff. I couldn't have asked for a better client group to share this experience with. Such a friendly and support and hilarious bunch of people.

My time at the Oasis was positive and made 100% recovery, support workers and staff were all very helpful and the chef supported everyone's dietary needs. The senior manager never introduced herself in the whole 2 weeks I was there which I found quite unprofessional and this was resonated from the whole group. Loved the acupuncture and meditation, visits from AA and the music afternoon whilst progressing to sobriety and had fun whilst working hard. Negatives were medication times doesn't give you the full 8 hrs sleep needed when it's full you're queuing and may get meds later and then woken again at 6, understand this can be a difficult task to complete quickly. No exercise facilities only a walk twice a week which can make you a little stir crazy being inside all the time. My recommendation would be to have a room with some exercise equipment which would've then given this place a 100% rating.
It is worth the experience to enable you to detox and rehab, staff are excellent, food is excellent, and accommodation average.

My time here has been comfortable and from what I have been told I was a bit worse for wear but I didnt realise how bad I was. I have met some great people and will be keeping in touch with a few of them.
All the staff have been pleasant and approachable and my peers have been a good group of people. Everyone was helpful and made me feel welcome. Groups were very informative.
Was anxious on arrival however some staff welcomed me and put at me at ease, in general centre could have been a bit cleaner, overall satisfied with counselling and some groups.
