I spent 21 days at Linwood house. The treatment received was amazing. I was very nervous when I first arrived but the staff were very welcoming and helped me settle in. I had Gaynor as my therapist and she was always there if I needed to talk even when it wasn't 1 to 1. Gaynor has helped me throughout my stay with my step work and my first steps to recovery. I would highly recommend booking if you are looking at turning your life around.

Linwood house helped me massively,welcoming and friendly staff all round. Highly recommended to people with cocaine addiction.

Linwood House is an amazing recovery centre and exceeded my expectations in terms of organisation and effective treatment. I would recommend anyone serious about recovery, and have decided that 'enough is enough', to book yourself in without hesitation. It will be the best decision of your life!

I attend Linwood house for the 28 day programme, The welcome received was over welming. I met Greame as walked through the door a broken man, the community made me feel so comfortable. My therapist was Gaynor and couldn't of asked anymore of her she would always check in on me, speak with my parents and partner putting there minds at ease. She went above and beyond and she has helped me turn my life around.

I came willing to change my thought process on Alcohol and my addiction. With the help received from therapists and my peers I feel ready to live a sober future. Thank you to Gaynor my therapist for supporting me through my stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Linwood house, it's been an enjoyable environment to learn about recovery and also to learn about myself. Both staff and peers have made the experience that way. Staff are very approachable and supportive as well as having great knowledge. I would fully recommend Linwood house to anyone thinking of coming in to treatment

When I arrived at Linwood I was so anxious and apprehensive, I was welcomed immediately by the staff. The residents were so welcoming and I settled in quickly. The everyday structure is great to get you back on track and I found talking about my problems and hearing abouts others was comforting. Gaynor was my therapist and has been there for me every step of the way, she is fantastic. I have all the information and help I need to continue on my journey and I know if I ever have any problems they are only a phone call away. Thank you Linwood from the bottom of my heart!

Coming into linwood scared and anxious, I was welcomed by the team. Initially I was here for 28 days, but decided to stay longer which was arranged immediately for me. My therapist was Phoebe, who is wonderful. She has been there at the drop of a hat for me. Phoebe has gone above and beyond, helping me find a safe and secure flat for when I leave. A place I can call home, thanks to her. She is kind, patient and warm. I would highly recommend Linwood to anyone suffering from alcoholism and/or addiction.

I was on my third relapse from alcohol this year, with no idea how to fix my addiction. My only periods of sobriety were from white-knuckling it. I've just finished my treatment and I've got a lot of confidence I'll be able to maintain sobriety. I've come away with a lot of knowledge and tools; and I'm actually excited to put them into practice. The staff are very knowledgeable and experienced. They were very caring during my withdrawal.

Thanks for the 28 day programme, the learning process was great and really supported me in my initial recovery and given me a solid foundation from which to build upon when I am discharged
