My stay at Linwood overall has been positive. Given space when you first arrive to adjust and start to integrate when you can. My therapist was very approachable and helpful, anything could be addressed. Group sessions were smaller making it easier to open up and contribute.
As all peers relate they also become a very supportive network. I feel confident for leaving and have learnt many coping strategies.
All staff were on hand to help or talk when needed.
